City Clerk Treasurer

The Clerk/Treasurer plans, organizes and directs the activities of the Clerk’s Department in functional areas of accounts payable, accounts receivable, utility billing, treasury management, grants management and reporting, budget development, preparation of Annual Reports and technical support. This position plays a key role in the management team of the City, coordinating with the Mayor and other department heads on planning, permitting, public works contracting and purchasing functions to accomplish the objectives of the city.

Deputy Clerk Treasurer

The Deputy/Clerk Treasurer is responsible for all aspects of payroll and accounts payable, and provides public information on city codes, ordinances, council meetings, and council action.   The Deputy Clerk/Treasurer also provide public records and information to citizens, civic groups, the media, and other agencies per public disclosure requirements.  The Deputy Clerk/Treasurer serves as back-up to the Clerk/Treasurer in their absence.

Utilities Clerk

The Utilities Clerk is responsible for all aspects of Utility Billing and Customer Service.  The Utilities Clerk facilitates meter readings, prepares monthly billing and delinquent notices, communicates customer changes to the City's solid waste management company, coordinates utility service turn on/turn offs, and balances accounts receivable daily.

Kaylee Beetchenow

The Clerk 1 serves as the primary customer service support for the City.  Clerk 1 is responsible for answering phones, greeting and assisting customers at the front counter, and receipting payments.  This position manages the pool party schedule, cemetery services, and Planning Commission meetings.
