The City Council reviews the City's budget on an annual basis during the budget process.  The City typically has 2 publicly available budget workshops the first and second Tuesday in October at 5:30pm where fees and other budget items are discussed in detail with Councilmembers, the Mayor, and City staff.  Prior to budget adoption, the City holds 3 public hearings. The first public hearing is typically the 3rd Tuesday in October at 7pm and sets the fee schedule and property taxes for the following year.  The second and third public hearings occur the first and third Tuesday of November at 7pm.
