Please complete the form below to apply for your annual dog license, per Okanogan Municipal Code.  You must license your dog(s) by January 31st each year to avoid a late fee penalty, as outlined in the City of Okanogan Fee Schedule.  Please complete a separate form for each dog.  You are permitted to have 2 dogs inside the City Limits of Okanogan. 

Once the form is submitted, you must provide proof of rabies vaccination and submit payment.  You can email rabies vaccination proof to animallicensing@okanogancity.com, mail to PO Box 752, Okanogan, WA 98840, or drop off at City Hall, 120 3rd Ave N, Okanogan. 

Please reach out if you need assistance calculating the amount due.  Payment for your license(s) can be made in person at City Hall using cash, check, or a credit/debit card.  You can also pay online at InvoiceCloud.  Our credit card processor charges a 3.25% (minimum $3.00) fee for each transaction.  If you would like to have your dog tags mailed to you, please reach out to City Hall.
