Welcome to the Code Enforcement Department for the City of Okanogan.

The Code Enforcement Department is responsible for education and enforcement of the City's Health and Safety, Public Nuisance, Parking, and Animal Codes.  City of Okanogan Municipal Code.  Contact information for the Code Enforcement Officer and office hours are listed on the left side of this page.
If you would like to file a complaint, please complete the form linked below and return by email to code@okanogancity.com, drop off at City Hall, 120 3rd Ave N., Okanogan, or send by mail to PO Box 752, Okanogan, WA 98840.  We do accept complaints filed anonymously, however we will be unable to follow up with you for additional questions or resolution of the complaint without contact information.

Dogs are required to be licensed annually and must be completed by January 31st to avoid late fees. You can apply for a license online using the form on the left side of this page, or apply in person at City Hall, 120 3rd Ave N., Okanogan.  The City does not license or manage cats within the City limits.
