Building Permits can be purchased at City Hall, 120 3rd Ave N, Okanogan, Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm.  The owner of the property must purchase the permit, or provide written permission for a tenant to purchase a permit.  No outdoor burning is permitted in the City from June 1st to September 30th every year.
