Right of Way Entry
Right of Way Entry permits are required for any work being done in City Right of Way (eg. sidewalks, roadways, alleys).  To obtain a Right of Way Permit, complete the application linked below and email to publicworks@okanogancity.com or drop off at City Hall, 120 3rd Ave N., Okanogan.  Once received, the Public Works Director will reach out to discuss details and provide you with the amount due prior to work beginning.  You are responsible for calling 811 at least 3 days prior to work commencing.  You can make payment in person at City Hall, 120 3rd Ave N, Okanogan by cash, check or credit card.  You can also pay online at InvoiceCloud.  Our credit card processor charges a 3.25% fee (minimum $3.00) per transaction.

Temporary Hydrant Connection

Temporary Hydrant Connections can be obtained by completing the form linked below and emailing to publicworks@okanogancity.com, or dropping off at City Hall, 120 3rd Ave N, Okanogan.  There is a $500 refundable meter deposit due prior to hydrant access.  You can pay in person at City Hall with cash, check or a credit card.  You can also pay online at InvoiceCloud.  Our credit card processor charges a 3.25% fee (minimum $3.00) for each transaction.
